Cancellation and Exchanges

This policy is in accordance with applicable Indian consumer protection laws and applies to all purchases made through our website.

  1. No Return / No Refund;
    All products purchased from our website are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases where the product delivered is defective, damaged, or materially different from the ordered item, as required under applicable Indian consumer protection laws.
  2. Exchange Window (72 Hours)
    We offer exchange only within 72 hours of delivery. Any request raised after 72 hours from the delivery time shall not be accepted.
  3. Valid Reasons for Exchange
    Exchange will be accepted only in the following cases:
    Size mismatch
    Product received in damaged or defective condition
    Wrong item delivered
  4. Opening Video at the Time of Delivery (Mandatory)
    For transparency and dispute resolution, customers are strongly advised to record a clear unboxing/opening video at the time of delivery.
    The video must be recorded from the beginning of opening the sealed package without pause or edit.
    The shipping label and package condition must be clearly visible in the video.
    Any damage, defect, or wrong item must be clearly shown in the same video.
    Exchange or complaint requests without proper opening video proof may not be accepted.
    This requirement helps in quick resolution and protects both customer and company from false claims.
  5. Exchange Conditions
    To be eligible for exchange:
    Product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in original saleable condition.
    All original tags, packaging, labels, and invoice must be intact.
    Customer must provide clear photos/videos showing the issue at the time of request.
    The company reserves the right to inspect and approve the exchange request before processing.
  6. Exchange Fee & Shipping
    A flat exchange processing fee of ₹150 per product will apply.
    Return and re-shipping courier charges may be borne by the customer, unless the product is confirmed as defective or wrong by our team.
  7. Non-Exchangeable Cases
    Exchange will not be accepted in the following situations:
    Request raised after 72 hours of delivery
    Product used, washed, altered, or damaged by customer
    Missing original tags or packaging
    Discounted / clearance / sale items (if applicable)

    To request an exchange, contact us within 72 hours of delivery with:

  9. Legal Compliance
    Nothing in this policy overrides the rights granted to consumers under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India). Valid complaints regarding defective, damaged, or incorrect products will be addressed as per applicable law.
  10. Limitation of Liability
    Our liability is limited to product exchange only. We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
  11. Policy Updates
    We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective once posted on this page.
